Stress Testing

Fixed a migraine/cramp with proper lifting. It brings to mind the Deadpool movie. If your muscles seem lazy and unresponsive,  then it may be possible to reacquire their attention by raising stress levels. If they fail completely,  then you learn that they were not the muscles you wanted in the first place. But to be able to take this approach, you need to be pretty comfortable with death and poverty. That's just life.
