Learning a bit about withholding tax imposed on Malaysian companies, for payments to non-resident persons (individual or corporate). Technical and management services are changed a withholding tax, among other things, but other services not so. Also Malaysian tax residents' individual incomes remitted into Malaysia are not taxed.
