So I figured I'd use this silly method:
A = (my net income, sans tax, but including statutory benefits that get locked up in a 5%-CAGR fund until I'm 60)
B = Malaysian GNI per capita, in PPP dollars
C = A / B; my post-tax remuneration, as multiple or fraction of GNI per capita
D = X-country GNI per capita, in PPP dollars
E = C * D; my post-tax remuneration target, for X-country
At the moment I'm in a non-technical role at work, so it's the mental equivalent of arranging chairs for a living... for fun I write software.
