What can the ordinary citizen know about, the government? Very hard to say. I was just pointing this out to my father. 

- When a foolish statement was made, it could be naive, strategic, coerced, or simply consensual after a complicated conference of interests. ( You cannot know, the security protocols are designed to allow others, to prevent you from knowledge. )

- When a former government servant dies suddenly, it could be ordinary disease, a disposal of liabilities, retribution, or a signal between parties. ( You cannot know, the security protocols are designed to allow others, to prevent you from knowledge. )
