Neurotransmitters, Analytical Phenomenology

Ok, I figured out how to integrate the two models. Here's the practice I have been neglecting over the past year: managing the ratio of sense modal (mainly haptic:optic:acoustic) recognitions in conscious memory.

Revision: contemporary operation in human society requires a lot of focus on verbal communication (both visual and acoustic), and visual communication in general due to screen tech; the opportunity cost of these competitive indulgences is that various somatic, olfactory, and taste modes have their share of computation reduced. Active preferences for somatic data (haptic, thermal, vibrational, etc.) over visual and acoustic data helps to restore a balance which is more natural given the evolutionary state of human bodies at this point in history.

Neurotransmitter phenomenology at the macroaesthetic resolution simply describes coarse recognitions of sensation... things generically referred to as mood and motivation; but at the microaesthetic resolution, we're back to talking just about raw sensations on a muscle to muscle, even pixel by pixel basis.

Mostly, in my personal situation... I find I have to garbage collect visual memories more often, and update somatic readings more often. This helps a lot. Eating more tends to improve ambient/subconscious proprioception... coherent with the neurotransmitter model for serotonin, and with classical practices of asceticism.

Now that I've defragmented phenomenological models, somewhat... probably a good time to get back into campaign mode. Sleeping with lights on. Keeping irregular hours, since I don't have to track anyone else's schedule for bit, and so on...
