I've barely let go of the newly founded shared-services technology team, and I find myself starting a centralised "new operations" team. This, is going to be interesting. It took less than 4.5 months to get here. Where next... the guillotine could fall any which way.

Startup Validation by "reductio ad absurdum"

Tomorrow I have a chat with a mutual friend. It goes, "the assumption is that any freak idea we can come up with, will fail." The question then is, how much are we willing to spend in attempts to prove that the assumption is wrong? It is simply a price per question - the price of curiosity.
