Two kinds of workers, and how to fit them together.
Turbulent Workers are usually dissatisfied, and so they strive for satisfaction. They are more conscious of security issues / that is their lens / temperature level.
Assertive Workers are usually satisfied, and so they dodge dissatisfaction. They are more conscious of aesthetic issues / that is their lens / temperature level.i

It's often safer to field Ts as specialists, and As as generalists. Ts go in front-offices, and As go in back-offices. Ts are the sympathetic nervous system, As are the parasympathetic nervous system.
These are just common heuristics - all rules are broken in certain contexts.
