"Forum-linking Meme-expressions"

There are very few truly novel developments in sociolinguistic ontologies. Of late, this one has been particularly amusing: the "forum-linking meme-expression". (I'm not sure if there is another existing name for this. I will defer to historians.)

The FLME is used in hypertext environments which have the following characteristics:

(1) the @-tag for instant hyperlinks,
(2) the proliferation of taggable forums devoted to celebrating/exploring specific memes.

Examples:
" Ah Yes, The Two Genders "
" conservatives inadvertently reaching the point "
