Disability : Perception of Hate

Being unable to fathom that mean people exist, is a DISABILITY.  ( Say it out loud. )

Empathy is great, but if you can't brain the other side, you're never going to be useful at building sustainable systems.

Oops : Unapproved

I have a bad habit of tripping over anxious people. Some triggers are more common, like relationship issues which people fill social media with. Other triggers are more hidden, as there are greater risks to discussing it. The triggers I tend to trip over more tend to regard those with a trauma pattern of ...

... seeking to please other people, that is deriving self-esteem from the approval of others ...

... and the reason is, my long-term solution strategy for their problem is diametrically opposite to theirs. They cling to society, whereas I am all for letting it burn.

Lazy, Stupid, Evil : and in Pain

Pathology of incompetence : I used to say, most issues fit into one of three buckets : lazy, stupid, or evil. ( A buddhist might say, the other two are just species of stupid, ok. )

Nowadays it is trendy to incorporate affirmative action for disability, so perhaps disability is orthogonal to the three buckets above.

- lazy : effort results in pain
- stupid : pain impairs ability
- evil : in pain, except when others are in pain

Cute. Now we can discuss all this in terms of pain management. I support it, as long as I get a solution.

So, currently my understanding of autism affirmation in public policy, is that it is just a question about how communist ("equal"; Rawls, "just") we wish to be. It doesn't matter why anyone's output is low - the question is, how much do we want to even the field between low-output and high-output folks?

From a utilitarian perspective, the hypothesis of enabling hidden talents applies - so then it all becomes again, a test circuit. You don't perform, for one of ten reasons, ok; we have affirmative action for seven of these (three are "deemed evil", or otherwise triaged out), ok; but if affirmation does not produce results, we reallocate or freeze affirmation, ok?

Trauma Analysis : Anxiety + Hypervigilence with regards to Expectations of Others

Trauma analysis :
Subject (S) impresses upon themselves, that others (O) are placing expectations (E) upon subject + subject becomes anxious (A) as a result of feeling obligated (Ob) to match E.
Where does this come from, and how does it come about? The mere placement of E upon S should not result in A, except if ... S has been repeatedly conditioned by trauma in the past, for failing to react to E with A. So,
  • Trauma Reaction 1 : S reacts to E, with A
  • Trauma Reaction 2 : S preemptively assumes E, as a matter of hypervigilance
Very interesting.

Front-End Web Development : Rendering Pipelines : Architectural History Review

I started learning HTML in 1999 or so ... since then, front-end has become a bit like German automotive engineering ...

Aethetic Opinions : Wanted or Not

I'm 50:50 on this.

  • Any healthy person in public is going to get my feedback on their public activity.
  • But because I can't tell who's healthy or not, it is better to avoid accidentally disturbing a fragile ego.

make art

What I've come to realise is that for a lot of people 'make art' means 'do a cute".

Semantic Triples are a poorly defined concept

I read up more on JSON-LD.

  • - it is based on RDF
  • - RDF is based on the notion of semantic triples from natural language grammar
  • - because the natural language concept is 'loose', I am going to discount the whole stack, and not pay so much attention to RDF or JSON-LD as comprehensive solutions ( they seem to remain useful within narrow scopes )

reminder to avoid conflict

Reminding myself to bother other people less, since my interests are less common :

  • - life extension is not a priority
  • - maximising income is not a priority
  • - friends and family are not a priority

Just those three items already result in haywire motivational mappings to most other people. I should get out of the way.
