1. Give them space to break the law, without letting it affect you.
2. Fill the spaces that they can't fill on their own.
3. Regularly discuss values, goals, strategies, and tactics.

Mopping my parking lots ( I get one for a car, and one for a bike ) taught me a lot about grey water efficiency. A rag, being small in surface area, is easier to degrease than a mop.
Now I have buckets of grey water sitting in my bathroom being studied for the most efficient way to degrease a mop.
