Approach for the MACC to consider, in reducing corruption in everyday processes of government :
1. Pangkalan Data Utama bersekutu should have an ID number for every bureaucratic workflow, from post offices to the cabinet.
2. Runners who sell services as "administrators" or "experts" for any workflow must be registered to those workflows, under an Act of Law which governs such services.
3. The Act of Law must create a commission to regulate such services.
