the base case is : rice, oil, and protein powder, require too much hydration, and thus could potentially be substituted with some sort of hard tack
the napkin strategy after a few minutes of Googling is :
1. flour + water + bake : figure out how thick it can be, without becoming too difficult to eat
2. flour + oil + bake : ditto
3. repeat 1 and 2, with baking powder / commercial yeast / natural yeast
4. repeat 1, 2, 3, substituting flour with : soy protein isolate / whey protein isolate / eggs / other supplements like creatine, beta alanine, citrulline, HMB ... with consideration for denaturing of the ingredients ( I really don't know if this is feasible without lab work : I don't have a lab )
oh well, off we go ... this should take a few weeks ...
