A1 : party A may continuously engage with party B as a matter of information gathering.
A2 : party A may also discover how to transfer inefficiency costs to party B, and allow party B to opt out of the engagement, if those methods are not tolerable to party B
How I answered a friend this morning, by illustrating my general approach to society, as I don't find any other individual to be 100% interesting, whereas I constantly engage with less than fully interesting folks, while asserting pressure that may or may not make them more interesting.
