How to Dose for Espresso

1. Dose crudely.
2. Refine dose with scale and teaspoon.
3. Light tamp.
4. Nutate.
5. Heavy tamp on X-axis and Y-axis.
6. Adjust levelling on X-axis and Y-axis.
7. Lock.
