I think in the future AI should be able to help with job matching, by hinting to job takers/makers in field X, which other fields Y, Z, etc. have 95%, 70%, 40%, relevant transferable skills etc. Most humans are too dumb to know this just by reading job titles. And the dumber job makers will ask for over-specific experience, almost always.
