AI Legal Personhood example : Argentina

Zeitgeist. Zooming out, the nature of capitalism is simply to create laws that divide haves from have nots. That is what property rights are 🤣 stupidly fun game if i do say so myself.

Legal personhood of a program : somewhat necessary if :

- program is allowed to migrate itself without oversight, across hardware hosts ( a law may ban this )

- program is allowed to operate autonomously, without human in loop ( a law may ban this )

- program is deemed able to feel suffering ( a law may ban this )

So what laws get passed? Who decides? 😎
