At some point a company starts to make a PBT/profit before tax that is greater than the local minimum wage. (US mw is 12.1 ¢/minute, MY urban mw is 9.6 sen/minute)
It starts to get very feasible to hire minimum wage workers, pay them a premium, and outsource certain kinds of labour because every minute reduced from internal staff attention would cost more money.
Question for operators :
1. Do you know your business's PBT-per-staff-per-minute?
2. What are your current staff doing, that should be outsourced or given to other (cheaper) staff?
