I think it's time to put a stop to the myth that stereotype female fantasies of wanting to be taken care of and supported are any less disgusting than stereotype male fantasies of wanting to be fucked. 

Both result from tendencies necessary at this point in history, for the continuation of the species. Neither is intrinsically dysfunctional, until presented as an uninvited obligation.

So for example, in strongly deontic (duty oriented) often traditional, systems ... the behaviours are formalised as duties, and become statutes to be enforced. This often defines conservatism.

In contrast, strongly aretaic (virtue oriented) systems are more coherent with the notions of individual rights, and libertarianism.
