illegal religious activity

I don't super care about the illegal religious buildings - these are broken windows but Malaysia is full of broken windows. I don't own any land, so the broken windows are mainly just a public nuisance. But I do use streets, and illegal parking around religious buildings in Malaysia is a pestilence. Now illegal buildings are a bigger broken window than illegal parking. So in the vertical of illegal activity associated with religion ... they have to clear up buildings before they can touch parking.
