I don't think it's fair to say any PMs before Non were very good either. Fair, at best. So between past and future mediocrity, I think the best option is always to rotate incumbents out.
While I have deep interests in economics and anthropology in general, I have limited interests in official politics. So my comments on this tend to be briefer than those of my friends who write for a living.
