politics as engineering, art as information

Most business people I meet aren't sure what to make of me, a person who doesn't have a need for a lot of money, except when asked to do work.

I predominantly think of myself as a scientist. I don't mean a professional publisher, as that is political work, but a student of scientific method.

The reason you see me fucking around so much with art and commerce, even though both are somewhat boring to me, is that I understand society as a machine made of human minds ( which I understand as smaller machines ).

Science tells me that politics only works with non-trivial artistic freedoms. Art is just a variety of information, and information is physically definable as statistical surprise.
