It's not hard to make money - money is all around us.
It's hard to make money without conning people.
- 1. Most consumers are dumb - and are used to buying dumb stuff. Poison, rip-offs, emotional druggery, you name it.
- 2. B2C companies are aware of this to varying degrees. Some intentionally involve themselves in such practices - and are fully complicit in self-harm of consumers upon themselves. Others are as ignorant as their customers, and so they too fall into category 1 via autocon.
