the "revert" microaggression

Ok, so Musim anglophones use "revert" to refer to converts into Islam.

This is quite acceptable, as long as agnostic anglophones use "revert" to refer to converts out of Islam.

My PRACTICAL concern is, would the latter be illegal in Malaysia? ( The former is not. )

Whether this is or is not microaggression, is besides the point. Though if it is legally ruled to be, then the former might be illegal in Malaysia also.
